Workplace Mentoring for Students
Our Workplace Mentoring program connects students with corporate professionals to provide guidance, career exploration, and real-world insight into the professional world. As one of the leading corporate mentorship programs in Orange County, it’s designed to open doors for students from marginalized backgrounds as they navigate the path from higher education to the workforce, providing the social capital they need to succeed.
Through monthly group mentoring sessions—facilitated virtually or on-site at corporate offices—students gain exposure to a variety of industries and roles, workplace cultures, and essential soft skills like communication, leadership, and goal-setting. Most importantly, they gain a trusted mentor in their corner who believes in their potential.
