Community MENTORING
Our traditional mentoring model—and our most flexible! Matches plan and meet up for low-cost activities out in the community twice a month based on their own schedule.

From team games to hiking and yoga, all logistics and planning is handled by BBBS staff, allowing matches to focus on building meaningful connections, boosting confidence, and creating memories through new experiences.

WORKPLACE MENTORING

HIGH SCHOOL BIGS
High school students serve as Bigs to elementary school Littles in this school-based mentoring program. Students meet weekly after school to participate in facilitated group activities designed to promote academic achievement, character development, and social-emotional growth. Over the course of the school year, Littles gain a trusted friend and relatable role model, while high schoolers develop their confidence, leadership skills, and a passion for giving back.
